Our products are constructed and tested to the highest standards with most being subject to a 5 stage testing procedure before they even reach you. We often spot check items before sending to minimise defective units and give you the greatest peace of mind.

We’re confident that you will be happy with your purchase from SpyCameraCCTV. You can be sure that we have manufactured all of our equipment to the highest standard, giving you peace of mind. We are extremely confident in all of our products, and there is no need for our customers to register for the guarantee to be valid. All we ask is to keep your purchase paperwork as this will be helpful should any warranty claim arise.

You are covered for 24 months from receipt of your camera providing it has been used in accordance to the instructions included in their user manual.

Exclusions to this warranty include the following:

• Malfunction or damage caused by incorrect installation of the camera.
• Malfunction or damage caused by customers attempting repair.
• Improper use or negligence during installation and/or operation*.

Battery Operated Products - 3 Month Guarantee
Due to the nature of batteries and their dependency on the user charging and de-charging correctly during the early stages of use, we can only offer a 3 month warranty on batteries and rechargeable power components.
