Shipping

UK Customers

We aim to process any orders placed before 3.45 pm the same day and we will rush out your consignment by courier on a 48 hour delivery service (24 hour delivery service available upon request). If you order more than one item then we ship each subsequent item for free*.

Every parcel is sent under descreet Plain packaging and is only marked with our return Address .

European Customers

We ship to all European countries for one flat rate. All European orders received before 3.45pm are processed the same day and sent via airmail on a 48 hour delivery service. Again any others items are shipped for free*.

If you have not received your item please email info@spycameracctv.com for a tracking number. *All prices are "per consignment". All additional prices will include extended liability insurance.

If something is wrong with an order you placed with Spy CCTV Camera, we certainly want to help you. Please read the information below for more on how to proceed.

We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items, however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and where you would like a replacement item sent.

We ship by Parcel Force 48 in the UK (on 48 hour delivery service), Parcel Force Euro 48 for Europe and FEDEX for the rest of the world. We normally ship anywhere in Europe within just a few days from order placement.

Any Shipping costs below are a flat fee.
