We have a price promise guarantee on all of our CCTV cameras and DVR's.

The SpyCameraCCTV.com price match promise is your guarantee that whenever you shop with SpyCameraCCTV.com we're confident you're getting the best deals.

It's simple. We'll refund the difference if you find the same product or service cheaper on any other UK website within 24 hours of your purchase. Promise!

To request a price match refund, just email info@SpyCameraCCTV.com including: the name of the website where the product is cheaper, a screenshot of the cheaper offer (including the date and time visited), the cost of the cheaper product, your search criteria, your name, email address and contact telephone number along with your SpyCameraCCTV.com order number. You will receive an acknowledgment of your request, and we will review the details and reply to you via email within three business days.

Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 14 days for delivery of your refund which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card. The time taken for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement.

Terms and Conditions

You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions:

• The SpyCameraCCTV.com refund guarantee applies only to UK internet retailers that have the identical product and/or goods in stock or service immediately available (not on request) and the product, goods and/or service is priced accurately.

• Price match requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase online at the website, SpyCameraCCTV.com. In the case of holiday products, identical product includes the name of the Brand.

• To qualify, we must be satisfied that (a) both products are identical , and (b) the product product you have found is actually available to buy as one package on the same website.

• When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:

• Prices are compared on product price and when calculating the competitor's total price comparisons will include the cost of the product plus handling and delivery charges.

• When requesting a refund you must include the name of the website where the product is cheaper, a screenshot of the cheaper offer (including the date and time visited), the cost of the cheaper product, your search criteria, your name, email address and contact telephone number along with your SpyCameraCCTV.com order number.

• The SpyCameraCCTV.com price match refund guarantee does not apply when you use coupons/vouchers or other promotional offers on the alternative website.

• The SpyCameraCCTV.com price match refund guarantee is only available against products goods or services found within 24 hours of making your booking on SpyCameraCCTV.com and any refunds must be made to the card you used to make your original booking on SpyCameraCCTV.com.
