If something is wrong with an order you placed with Spy Camera CCTV, we certainly want to help you. Please read the information below for more on how to proceed.

We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items, however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and where you would like a replacement item sent.

Please email us for a Returns form for your item. Any CCTV Systems returned without this form cannot be processed.
