Wired Cameras - CCD CCTV Equipment - Outdoor Infrared

This section lists all of our outdoor cameras optimised for night vision – everything from nesting cameras to day & night CCTV. Important tech specs to look out for are FOV (Field of View) and IR range (an estimate of the distance at which the infra-red LEDs will highlight objects). All of these cameras are rated IP56 or higher, which means they are at least resistant to water jets from any direction and completely dust tight. Nest box cameras are great for watching eggs hatch and seeing how the parents handle the chicks as they grow and eventually leave the nest. Make sure you install the camera in your bird box with plenty of time before nesting season begins so you can test it for a while, as you shouldn’t disturb it once the box is occupied because doing so can be very stressful for the birds.
