Description

This high quality infrared CCD waterproof CCTV security camera gives 420 lines of image quality. For the price your getting a very professional looking SONY chip cctv security camera that will give day and night, rain or shine coverage.

SONY are the leading imaging chip manufacturer, so this camera will give you excellent colour, image definition and better night vision than other camera chip sets. This camera is by far our biggest seller due to price, quality and build.

A neat little 360 mounting bracket is provided so you can attach the camera and point in any direction. The camera itself is about the size of a child's shoe and is the diameter of a Clementine, so it's quite cute as CCTV cameras go.... if you like that sort of thing!

The camera also comes with a power adapter and you will need a BNC adapter to attach to an AV/RCA cable so you can view it on a TV. If your connecting to a DVR, then you'll need a BNC cable. We sell cables that run the video and the power so be sure to check out our accessories section.

This product has been used for home use and monitoring expensive goods such as cars and bikes, but we find it is very well suited to commercial use. 1, 4, 8, 9 or 16 cameras can be combined with a DVR (digital video recorder) or a hard drive system to record footage and our DVR systems have motion detection for maximum record time. This is great for recording activity in a small yard or garage (up to 20m nightvision) if you're worried about stock during the day or night.

The camera can also been combined with a 4, 8 or 16 channel processor or multiplexor so that you can simply monitor your premises during the day. The cameras can be positioned and linked into a monitor in the main office as a surveillance system. This is excellent for leisure centres for viewing the swimming pool, court usage, bar area etc. and in retail stores where you wish to keep an eye on customers. If you have security staff, the camera can be linked in to the surveillance system.
