Description

This is a high resolution SONY Chip CCD CCTV camera with a varifocal lens and robust waterproof shell. With 480TV line quality, this is an extremely high quality camera and compatible with any of our Digital Video Recorder systems (DVR). Excellent as part of any professional business security system or as a high spec. camera add to your other CCTV video equipment.

The camera also has 36 infrared LED s for nightvision and counter surveillance. The IR camera technology will allow you to see up to 30m at night making this a perfect outdoor CCTV security camera solution.

The varifocal lens has a range of between 4 - 9mm which gives you great versatility. The lower millimeter of the lens size, the greater the field of view. For example a 4mm lens will give you a 88 degree field of view, whereas a 9mm lens size will provide a 50 degree field of view. This huge range means that you can adjust the colour security camera with pinpoint accuracy for your specific requirement. So if your monitoring a whole yard space, or simply want to zoom in and get close ups of people coming through your gate, this camera will be perfect for you.

You can see from the pictures that this camera is robust. It has a visor over the top of the camera to keep the rain out of the lens. It is also IP66 rated which basically means it is protected against dust ingress and high pressure water jets from any direction.. zzzzzzzzzz... for any of you still awake at this stage IP66 means it s solid and will get electricians excited!

You can easily adjust the focus for crystal clear images of this 480 TV Line CCD Sony chip camera. This is completed by unscrewing the waterproof back and using the tool provided. This is the same method as adjusting the Lens size. The is also a menu system for each camera that allows you to adjust the shutter, BLG, AGC, White Balance, Language, Camera ID etc. This is for professional install and your installer will understand these functions (see photo above).

From a safety perspective, the power and video cable can be totally concealed within the housing of the bracket. You can run the cable straight through the wall where the mounting bracket is attached. There is also the option to run the cable through the mounting bracket down/up an external wall if you prefer.

If that is not enough for you, there is even a sticky drill guide with the screws and wall plugs, so you can make sure you drill the holes in exactly the right place!
