9. Orders policy
If your product is in stock we aim to Ship the goods within 24 hours which means we can we can usually deliver within 5 business days (Monday to Friday - not weekends).

10. Returns Policy
In the unlikely event of a problem simply contact us on 0845 4560203 within 14 days and we will organise collection. Once we have received the unused goods in their original packaging we will send a refund cheque, taking into account any carriage costs.
