Funny CCTV Friday: Driving Mr. Crazy

This week we have crawled the internet and found an unusual piece of CCTV footage in which a Chinese man thinks he can get away with driving two bumper cars on a main road. I like the part where he emerges from behind the car at the traffic lights!
