We aim to respond to all support queries within 24 hours however, during busy periods, it can take up to 72 hours to receive a response. We understand this can be frustrating. We work hard to respond to all queries swiftly and effectively in order of submission and thank you for your patience.
*Please be aware we cannot provide technical support over the telephone and can only respond to support queries within working hours. If you submit a support request outside of our opening hours, please be aware it may take slightly longer to receive a reply, as response times are only applicable Monday through Friday.
