UK Delivery

During normal times we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm the same working day, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. All prices are on a per consignment basis. Every package uses discreet plain packaging and is only marked with our return address.

Worldwide Delivery

We can ship to any country in the world and will always endeavour to get you the best shipping price. We've got a selection of countries listed below with a flat flee but for some countries not listed we will need to get a bespoke quote for you. All worldwide orders received before 2pm are processed the same day.

Customers ordering for delivery outside of the EU will not be charged UK VAT but will be subject to local VAT or duty fees when entering the destination country. Please check with your local authorities for correct VAT and duty rates.

Orders to EU Countries
Deliveries within the EU are delivered duty paid, meaning there are no unexpected, payable fees or duties upon arrival for EU Green Feathers customers.

EU Delivery Costs

Below are our starting delivery rates for EU countries. These delivery prices cover parcels up to 2kg in weight (such as cameras and accessories) however the delivery cost may increase dependant on the weight of the order.

Orders to ROW
We do not charge UK VAT on products ordered outside of the EU. However, ROW orders are subject to duties and taxes upon arrival, therefore you may be expected to pay an additional fee once your goods arrive. These fees fluctuate and are fully dependant on your local region and/or country. This is why we deliver our goods outside of the EU, duties and taxes unpaid.

ROW Delivery Costs

Below are our starting delivery rates for ROW countries. These delivery prices cover parcels up to 2kg in weight (such as cameras and accessories) however the delivery cost may increase dependant on the weight of the order.
